As a District Property Manager I’ve been working with superior floors for years and they always come through. I can’t say how many times they have saved us with quick installs, occupied replacements, or just the everyday make ready. I especially appreciate working with Lisa!!! She has the best customer service, she will find a way to make things happen, and she’s generally just an awesome person!!

Edited to add after seeing their reply: on- site “investigation” was NOT completed nor a “subfloor moisture reading”. Someone did come to our house, walked around for 2-3 minutes, and left. It appeared he did not speak English as I spoke to him and he did not reply (or maybe he just didn’t want to speak to me?). But he did not run a test nor did he even touch the floor with more than his shoes.

I have used Superior Floors for almost 3 years and I can’t say enough about this, if I could give more than 5 Stars, I would. Every one of the sales reps is customer focused. I have loved working with Lorena, Trevor and Sky. They go out of their way at all costs to make me feel heard. The installers are happy, friendly and enjoy hearing they are doing a fabulous job. Friendly staff, they were quick to install in our home. The installation team was professional and did an excellent job. This will be the first of many other updates to our home. Thank you!! You've exceeded our expectations!!!

I have used Superior Floors for my properties flooring needs for the last 7 years. Customer service is top notch. I cannot recommend them enough. Such a wonderful company, they have gone above and beyond for me.

Hands down one of the best flooring companies I've worked with. I met Kaitlyn at a networking event, and boy was she able to talk flooring! Extremely knowledgeable and well connected.
