REGARDING ONLY THE IL LOCATION:
I worked with the owner Jake . He was rude and unresponsive when I had an issue. I used them to epoxy my garage floor while I was out of town. During the installation my garage door got closed on the wet epoxy. They tried charging me extra when the issue happened and blamed me for the issue. Don't you think when they specialize in installing garage floors they would
