HOLE IN THE ROOF!!!! A steady stream of rain is currently leaking through the hole in the roof and continuing through the ceiling vent to my 2nd level hallway. BEWARE!! The theme of our final walk through was "We did what the building code required". They kept that statement on repeat the entire walk through. After less than a year in our new construction townhome (a.k.a glorified apartment), we are experience creeping floors. Purchase a home from Sumeer Homes in 2017. I want buyers to be aware of this builder. They have lied and have not corrected the issues I have in my back yard as well my neighbors. They promised to correct the issues, they don’t return calls, I called their attorney and no return calls as well.
