Enjoyed lunch today at the Mexican Grille at the First Colony Commons. Plenty of parking even though the lot accommodates several restaurants on this shopping strip. Right off Hwy 59 and Williams Trace Blvd provides easy access to these locations in a busy area of Sugar Land/Houston.

Trudy's Hallmark store is a great location for purchasing your collectables and cards. Staff is well trained and knowledgeable about their merchandise. They are very friendly and easy to talk to. Merchandise is well stocked and with coupons and sales very affordable.
