I had high hopes for Sublime...but sadly...their combination of poor workmanship and terrible customer service has compelled my to leave this honest review.
I hired Sublime to do a fairly straightforward countertop job (kitchen, bar, bathroom).
They showed up understaffed and couldn't handle the stone (too heavy)....so I ended up helping them.
Then, there were 2 people working until 11pm at night.

Sublime fabricated the quartzite for my kitchen. I have remodeled several times, but Sublime did the best fabrication and installation I have ever seen. Hannah, my consultant at Sublime, the design team that designed the layout, and Justin, who installed it, are all the very best. I highly recommend them. They are professionals!!!!

Sublime offers a wonderful service and product. They are leaders in their field in the San Antonio area and it shows. Ryan and Justin are great to work with. They are true professionals. Do not hesitate to use Sublime Custom Stone.

Excellent work as always. The professionalism shows with the cuts and joints. I challenged them with a custom kitchen and Sublime nailed it!

We could not have been more pleased with the experience we had with Sublime Granite.
Hannah was wonderful to work with. She was knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect
granite for our project. The estimator and installers were friendly and professional. They were on
time and extremely competent. We would highly recommend using Sublime for your next
remodeling project.

We've used Sublime as our exclusive granite fabricator in over 20 homes over the past twelve months, and will continue to use them in the future. Everyone in the office is friendly and knowledgeable, their install crews are efficient and professional, and they have never missed an appointment date. This is a late review because I wanted to find out how well the installation held up. I am happy to say that it was a joy to work with these guys. SO thankful we went with Sublime Custom Stone! Ryan and his team were super responsive, helpful, and accurate with everything they did. They had a huge selection and we ended up finding the perfect quartz for our kitchen. The installation day went super smooth and fast. Very reasonably priced & overall great experience!
