This has been THE WORST EXPERIENCE with a company!!! If I could give them NO STARS, I would! What is crazy about all of this is the first time we used them, they were great.

It was great interacting with Ryland. He explained everything, was efficient, professional and polite.
However, the price I was told ($75) when I had called to set up the tankless water heater flushing service was apparently for regular tank heater system. Mr Crank mentioned that the quote was probably made by AI system. Anyway, I ended up paying $375. The warranty notice says $375 with $99 c

We were very impressed and happy with Frymire & technician Vicente during our
recent service visit for our tankless water heater. He was prompt,explained our problem, and offered us options to deal with our issue. We elected to have the unit replaced which was done quickly.

Edwin is awesome! He came out in the freezing cold to help me & my family figure out what was wrong with our furnace. He was able to get it running properly, and was very professional. I hope next time I need one of their technicians they send Edwin again!! 🙌🏾

Our technician was great. He was knowledgeable and found a serious problem that the other guys missed on our seasonal inspection just a few months ago that had to have been there at the time. He even spent time searching warranty information on the unit and explaining all the ramifications of end of the year repairs. Still waiting on the manufacturer to respond.
