Stratum provided a competitive bid, and the installation of 16 piers was completed in a single day. Unfortunately I did lose some plants as a result of the install but that is to be expected. The third-party foundation engineer validated that the work was completed successfully. Easy process all around.

We had stratum come in to do some foundation repair after a really hot summer made our foundation uneven. Ryan came out and walked us through the entire process and we were comfortable the whole way.
The crew that came out to do the work was very professional and quick. We had special requests for cleanup/soil removal and they were quite flexible and accommodating.

Very professional. Easy to work with. Take extra steps ( filling cracks in walls, around windows etc.. that other companies don't ). Cleaned up nicely. Would recommend!

Stratum was very professional, they provided us accurate diagnosis of our foundation problem. The gave us a great quote and breakdown of the work and schedule. They were very prompt to respond to any questions, communications and the work start and finish times. They did a great job fixing our foundation plus cleared and cleanup all the mess.

Very impress and happy. I got quotes from three different companies and decided to go with Stratum. One company (big name) presented overkill plan (to make more money) so they lost my trust, other one is okay but I felt they are not professional and I am glad that I chose Stratum.
