Stonewater Roofing Review
I will start with the positive. The roof looks great, and does not leak anywhere I know of. The actual roofing crew did an outstanding job. They drove from Tyler to Texarkana, 2 1/2 hours to do the job. And even though they worked past dark, they couldn’t finish it in one day…so they had to come back a second day and work 5-6 more hours to finish the job. Why? Becaus

Jeffery Banks was our PM for our new roof. Jeff is very professional and his crew did an amazing job. Jeff explained all my concerns and answered all my questions. I'd like to give a review specifically for Alex Alvis. He was responsive, and motivated to help with our insurance carrier to assist in getting our roof replaced. We'd had difficulty getting our insurance to cooperate but he was able to make it happen with his perseverance. We appreciate that very much! He was also good about responding to our texts about the progress of events related to our roof

We were very pleased with our full roof replacement from Stonewater. The crew was very efficient and took care to protect the yard and clean up afterwards. Alex was our sales representative and Samuel was our project manager and both were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We would highly recommend them and Stonewater for anyone needing roof work.

We are extremely happy with the work provided by Samuel and his crew. They worked hard in the July heat all day long and left us with a fantastic looking roof. Samuel even came back the next day to do another check on things. We definitely recommend them!

I highly recommend Stonewater Roofing to anyone who demands quality. I am restoring a 1890s Victorian in the piney woods of Texas. I value function, as well as the overall aesthetic of a house, having studied Architecture.

I was very happy the way my roofing issue was resolved. The roof, installed by Stonewater, was 7 years old, but Stonewater did not charge for the repair. I worked with Cameron and Samuel. They were both friendly and punctual. Samuel did a very thorough job on the repair.
