Paul Eaton and everyone at Stonewater Roofing were wonderful throughout the entire process of FINALLY getting a roof replaced. From dealing with insurance adjusters, phone calls and additional inspections to following up once the new roof was on, they guided us through it all. I highly recommend them. Aaron the sales rep has been fantastic, keeping me informed and up to date on all aspects of the insurance and setup dates for removal and installs.
Caleb the general manager was also informative and explained all questions on the old roof removal and new one being put on, and the time frame.

Stonewater Roofing replaced my roof, skylight and gutters. Jonathan helped with the insurance company inspection and paperwork. Edfrain and crew worked hard and completed the job meticulously. I can’t say enough positive things about the experience we’ve had thus far with the Stonewater Roofing Team. After over a year of negotiations with our insurance company (Allstate) and after being denied our claim on four separate occasions, we have finally got a new roof after ours was damaged in a hail storm in early Feb 2024 (northwest Gregg County).
