We are reaching out regarding the $4,633.55 balance, now over 90 days past due. Labor was fully provided and our office has followed up weekly by phone and email with no resolution (those are expenses that I’m paying).
At this point, this is no longer just a delay. We’ve covered all labor and operational costs on our end and need this addressed.

Cameron Royall came out to do my roof inspection he was on time as he promised that he would be he was very professional. he was very kind and courteous very knowledgeable he made sure that I understood exactly what he was doing. his customer service was outstanding . My review is very late I can express how much I appreciate the support received from the roof team at our location. We were 2 months with no AC during the hottest summer months. The team stepped up made sure we had the portable unit during their entire time replacing the roof. Big shout out to Bobby for checking in on us daily and checking our suite every day during the roof replacement. Kurt

Kaleb, D.J., and the whole construction crew were the best. Very professional, very customer oriented. The property looked better after they were finished than before they started!
