Even as a prospective tenant, she took the time to walk me through everything in detail and answered all of my questions clearly. Managers in office very helpful and courteous. Especially Thelma, anytime we have issues in the apartment. She makes sure they get taken care of immediately.

My husband and I moved to Del Rio this past fall from out of state. Thelma was incredibly helpful in the entire process-answering numerous questions, providing needed documentation, and helping to make the transition a smoother process. As a first-time renter, I'm so glad I chose Stonegate Apartments. Coming from the islands, I wanted to be near water, and the lakes nearby were a perfect fit. The neighborhood feels very safe—you see military personnel and border patrol living here, and people feel comfortable leaving things on their porches. I like my apartment a lot, but the bathrooms really need to be remodeled. The shower fixtures are too high to reach to move the shower head in the correct position so water doesn't get everywhere. No hand rail in the shower or wall for seniors to be able to get out of the tub safely. These apartments are not good for any seniors, so don't bother to look here if you are a senior like me. This r

I cannot express enough, how much I’ve enjoyed living in this complex. Thelma has been absolutely amazing to both my husband and I. We both moved here from different cities and the staff has been extremely friendly and welcoming-making our transition smooth. Any requests or maintenance is resolved the day of!
