Excellent company to work with. Our contractor had given us three companies to look at to order tile, so we chose Stone Solutions to see what we thought. My interior designer and I made an appointment with Shelley, and it was a wonderful experience for all of us. Excellent customer service! Stone Solutions sells only to the trade, so I'm not sure why there are homeowners on here giving bad reviews. No homeowner purchases their tile directly from Stone Solutions. They should refer to their designer or contractor if they have an issue. If you're looking for a rare tile, these guys will find it! Highly recommend!!!

Holly is THE best. I see why our builder uses Stone Solutions regularly. Holly is personable, knowledgeable, and so patient while she guides you through the design process.

These guys had a wonderful selection. The prices are rock bottom for what you are getting. We compared prices with a few other places and these guys have the best prices - in fact, they supplied some of the other places that we price checked (: Good service too. Please note that they only sell to people in the trade.

BUYER BEWARE: NO RETURNS AFTER 20 DAYS!! I don't see that policy information on Stone Solutions Facebook "about" page or any page or on any page of the website. I had unopened boxes. Lousy customer service, lousy policy...I'll think twice or three times before ordering from Stone Solutions again.

Customer service is great! Nice selection to choose from. I spoke to Dave on the phone a couple of times and he was very helpful.
