I was very pleased with the service I received. Renee called me to let me know that maintenance would arrive between 8 and 8:30. He (I thinks his name is Mike) arrived right on time after he got off of his other job. He thoroughly vacuumed up all of the water, inspected the affected area, set up a fan and dehumidifier, and explained the next steps. He was professional and very courteous and reassu

Any issue that I’ve ever had has been taken care of promptly and professionally. The ladies in the office (Renee, Dominique and Darmani) are very helpful and personable. I’m glad that I chose Stone Creek to call home!!!

Support staff (Renee Wagner) is Fraud basically they charge you like anything when you vacant house. Ì stayed there for 13 months Sept 2021 to Oct2022 . When i vacant house it was all clean , only damages were from previous ones which we complained while inspection but no support staff comes to resolve that.
