I've lived in the area going on 7 years now and have seen Steve's business but (thankfully) haven't needed his services up until a few weeks ago. My wife and I have a Shark vacuum, worked great, and then suddenly didn't perform as usual. My wife wanted to get rid of it and get a new one. I took it to Steve's place, met with his son and left it with them for an evaluation and possible repair. In a

Like all the other reviews, I concur that Steve Black Vacuums is an absolutely 5 star business. Steve and Eric are very kind, honest, and proficient in their business. we have been their customers for over 25 years for new product, repairs, and maintenance. They have always given us honest advice without EVER upselling. We love the father son duo. Their shop is always welcoming and immaculate!!

Steve and his son are energetic and friendly and incredibly competent. Took in two vacuum cleaners and they were done in a week and the prices can't be beat. I highly recommend this place.

These guys are awesome! Had a problem with our Dyson and they helped me get it back in working condition in no time. The service was outstanding. Highly recommend!

Steve and his son, are the best at what they do. On top of that, you will feel so good , both, coming and going. They are the happiest , genuine , guys , and they know how to fix any problem, snd if they can’t they can point you to the best deal , right there. Be prepared to feel great when you leave.

This veteran family owned business is by FAR the best in the vacuum business. Mr. Steve definitely knows what he’s talking about & knows how to fix any vacuum cleaner. When you walk in the they treat you just like family. I thought I was talking to a cousin or uncle of mine. Fun fact: they have been located here in Plano since the 90’s!!!! How awesome is that!! Excellent service! This is the only place I will go for vacuum repair from here on out. Reasonable prices and very personable. They even cleaned the vacuum. It looks brand new.
