The salesman was not punctual.
We had a time set up for a consultation and he called about an hour later claiming he needed to reschedule. Grew upset we couldn’t accommodate his plans, even tho we’re the paying customers. Setting up the consultation was a bigger pain that what it should had been.
Had windows replaced for 75% of the house.
Tech were fast for the install, but left trash and junk in

Outstanding service! After a major storm, their roofers responded quickly and professionally, promptly tarping our roof to prevent further damage while we awaited repairs. I hired Stevan Buren to refinish my original hardwood floors earlier this year.
The customer service arm of the company was somewhat decent, and the owners were kind.
The execution and quality of the work however was shoddy at best.
They subcontracted the work out to someone else who was sloppy and didn’t even use the correct materials. I requested a custom stain color with three layers of oil

We had put a lot of work into our 1970s home to update it but the one thing that was still hanging out was the old metal framed windows. I procured 3 different bids but making the choice to use Stevan Buren was an easy one. Matt Elliott was fantastic at answering our questions and putting my worries to ease. Being an adjuster Jesse has gone above and beyond. I was out of town during a storm that was blowing shingles off our roof, my wife called Jesse to ask what to do. Marley Ros was our sales rep and he was fantastic. The quote was accurate and all that I was charged. He did a great job communicating and checking in after the fact to be sure the work was done correctly and to my satisfaction. the on site crew was great and did a fantastic job. the site was cleaned up well and I am very pleased with the whole process. highly recommend these guys!
