We contacted Mark to bind a remnant carpet we had purchased, and he helped us arrange a time to meet at his shop. He detailed his method to repair with us. We ended up leaving 3 carpets with him, 2 for repair. A few weeks later, we picked up the carpets & all were completed in beautiful condition. He did a great job.

I talked with Mark before we left, to make sure he would be there. He suggested we come 281 and we did- a nicer drive than IH35. He greeted us when we arrived, answered questions about the type of carpet services he offered. Told us he had retired from the marines. We waited while he bound my small doormat. Absolutely horrid customer service. Use any other company and you’ll be better off. Had me waiting over 2 hours for pickup, and started cursing at me on the phone.

We cannot say enough about how impressive this fellow is and how creative and nice. It is a bit of a drive to South of Wimberly for us, but he is definitely worth it. I needed a rectangular rug cut into a circular one and bound. I called to get an idea of availability because I had a tight time table. Owner acted like I was an idiot and cussed me out. Ended up saying FU and I should mind my own business.
