Joel can be extremely disrespectful... he held my stuff hostage until I paid his stupid credit card transaction after he told me no fee on debit. This guy was so serious he really wanted his fee $1.50. I thought you were joking. I told him it wasn't right and I wouldn't come back. Joel and Josie are amazing!!! We found them on Facebook Marketplace while searching for bunk beds. Once we arrived at the location, they took great care of us. We got exactly what we came in for!! They were friendly and fast. Excellent customer service!! I highly recommend them for all of your furniture needs!!!

Although Josie was great I purchased a bed and when it arrived it wasn’t the one I initially paid for it sat to low and being I’m 8 months pregnant I needed the one I purchased. I called and was told I’d have to pay for a box spring or pay to trade the bed even though I wasn’t informed they were choosing which model to give me.
