These guys were the best! They did a stellar job on the installation. The communication was clear and prompt. The crew that came out was very kind and respectful. Don't let the lengthy sales pitch discourage you. They all do it and it's kind of necessary to get correct info and expectations from you. We are glad we went with Statewide and we love our new shower.

Im sure they do a great job, and I only went as far as getting a quote from them. Their rep was great. However, several concerns. From what I can tell, this company is 3 times more expensive than other quotes I received for the same job. $100k+ for a master bathroom remodel! I regret using this company.
1. I received a 3 hour presentation about this company when all I wanted were quotes. At one point it seemed like the sales man wouldn't leave my house until I paid for their service. Afterwards, the number he gave me didn't work (what a surprise).

We had a sunroom installed about 6 years ago and it came with a life time warrenty. Well recently, Statewide sold the sunroom portion of their business to Sunshine sunrooms.
Well recently because of alot of rain, water came in under the base of the sunroom and flooded part of carpet. Statewide had neglected to put a sealant down to stop water from coming in.

John Hicks came in and sold us a fantasy. 3 days is what he told me, he claims he said 5. Three weeks later it is finally complete, after I called to complain. I still have to touch up paint where they left holes in the wall and patched. I have a half taken apart cabinet that they took the molding from the top off of. “The way your tub is sett, I can assure you there is mold underneath!”, not one
