Remodeling— Fully custom luxury whole-home renovations on a fixed-price basis through our Partnership Model. Includes additions, outdoor living, and our SRS Framework tiers (Streamlined, Refined, Stately).
Home addition construction— Structural home additions including primary suites, second stories, and bonus rooms. Designed and built by our in-house team in DFW under fixed-price agreements.
Kitchen remodeling— Three-tier fixed-price kitchen renovations: Streamlined from $65K, Refined from $130K, Stately from $175K. Includes layout, cabinets, counters, lighting, and dustless tile removal.
Bathroom remodeling— Three-tier fixed-price bathroom renovations starting at $57K. Includes layout, tile, vanities, plumbing fixtures, and dustless tile removal that keeps your home livable during the project.
Remodeling Design
Basement remodeling— Full basement build-outs in DFW homes that have them. Custom layout, finishes, and structural work delivered through our fixed-price SRS Framework.
Patio construction— Patios, decks, and outdoor entertaining spaces designed and built to match the home architecture. Paired with whole-home renovations or as standalone projects.

What a wonderful experience we had with Stately Design and the remodel of our kitchen! Rick Baker and his team were amazing to work with from design, ordering, managing back orders, dealing with surprises and the final project. I really wanted the refrigerator finished like I had seen in a magazine. Rick researched and found all of the materials to make that dream happen. I highly recommend this

Rick and his team built an extension on our home that included a new full bath, closet and living area. It required foundation, framing, a roof extension as well as HVAC and plumbing. The project was delivered on schedule, and we even expanded the scope to remodel the kitchen and flooring throughout the house. I would absolutely recommend the Stately team for all of your remodel projects.

Rick and his team were a dream to work with on our kitchen remodel! Our kitchen was flooded by burst pipes during a freeze and Rick instantly got with our insurance company to get the ball rolling on a renovation.
