We had already chosen the sofa and love seat we wanted before, but we visited during the Memorial Day sale and took advantage of the savings. We were very courteously and cheerfully helped by Micah, a wonderful sales person. He made our purchase frictionless!

Today, 01/20/2026, we went to Star Furniture in Pflugerville to look at mattress systems. We met Holly who turned out to be a very knowledgeable salesperson. She guided us through their selections which were numerous and multi tiered. We were able to physically lay on the mattresses. A great experience with Penny helping us with the furniture that suit us best. So easy to work with her. The payment procedure was so smooth even with a few changes we made. I don't know the young lady's name that did our paperwork, but she was so friendly and very knowledge as to all the charges,etc. This is the reason we have only shopped at Star Furniture since we moved here 9 years ago.

It's the first time I have been to this Star furniture in Austin and it was beautiful and set up very well. The quality of the furniture is what sold me...a number of other stores do not have that. And also, our rep was so nice, knowledgeable, helpful, and super responsive!!! She was great! It means a lot you have a wonderful experience, thanks so much!

Our sales person, Joe B., was very friendly and helpful. Gave us a lot of information on the sofa we were interested in. Joe went over the features of the sofa and explained the payment and protection terms thoroughly. We were very pleased with the experience!
