First off, unrelated to the services provided, when's the last time a company was EARLY, not just on time. They were knocking on my door 5 minutes early. So, off to good start. Then Brigham introduced himself and went over the service in an easy to understand way and got to work quickly. Stanley Steemer did a great job getting out some tough stains and cleaning my carpets. Fast, friendly and professional. These carpets are 13 years old, and now look new.

Area rug low pile13x9, 2 years old. Scheduled for wed.. They arrived at 12:45 and pulled out at 1:45…The actual cleaning- 30 min…for $200. 🤔🤔🤔 If it would’ve actually been clean, I wouldn’t care if it took 15 min. Mind you my house is relatively spotless and there was not a single stain on the rug. We don’t even wear shoes in the house. I have two little dogs and I could smell two small spots if

Booking my appointment was so easy and fast, this weekend I had my area rug cleaned. I was looking forward to it and when the time came the technician was super nice and friendly and informative. Unfortunately the cleaning did not live up to my expectations. The cleaning job done on 4 barstools and one love seat were good. I was disappointed when I looked at my chairs that evening. One of the chairs had the fabric pulled away from the seam, and I was not told about it. I would have understood…it’s the lack of transparency that I found troublesome.
