Stanley Steemer did an amazing job from start to finish. They arrived right on time, were incredibly professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions before getting started. The technicians were personable and efficient — they came in, got right to work, and made sure everything was done thoroughly.

Tile was dirty, slippery and sticky despite mopping 3 times. Walked in socks bottoms were black. We had to get help before our furniture was delivered. So thankful these guys could come on notice. Looks brighter, smells clean. Also guys were respectful of my belongings.

The guys were nice but the job was rushed and my carpets still aren't clean. Still have a smell and 200 dollars later highly disappointed. Not to mention i had to take off of work now and try to figure out how to get the smell out. Not happy seeing times are tough and money doesn't grow on trees for 200 I thought it would be a better outcome. Not happy!

Blake and Derek from the Lafayette office did an excellent job cleaning my rugs. They told me they do some relief work for the Bmt area when needed. Thank you again for the great cleaning job and the quick response. I would definitely use them again.

Chris B. and Adrian were awesome! Chris B with 21yrs of experience definitely showing what he knows best with excellent service and professionalism. Adrian def learning from the best. A service I will be using again. Team was able to guard corners or door trims, slippery floor signs were placed and door guard was used so the house was secure from any damages. Stanley Steemer did a fantastic job cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing the carpet in my three bedroom home. The techs were friendly, professional, and respectful. The total job look approximately 30 minutes and the carpet looks / smells great. I would highly recommend them!!

Excellent job sanitizing our brand new area rug that our dogs mistakenly thought was their personal restroom. The guys came to our home and took the rug and then returned it exactly where it belonged. There was zero effort on our part. Definitely recommend!
