I love, love, love this company! Starting with my interactions with Elena (office manager) to my experience with the craftsmen. Everyone was very respectful of my time and my property. We needed 3 different baby gates installed for for our staircase. Elena in the sales department was quick to get back to me with a quote and getting it all scheduled. The installation team was here a couple days later getting measurements and were very informative, friendly, & professional. Just a couple of days later we had them installed! 3 gates and only took them 3 hours to get them up!! So th

If I could rate higher than 5 I would. These guys are meticulous down to every detail. I’m so impressed. They took their time and gave each step the time and attention it needed. I couldn’t not have asked for a better job and the guys are friendly also.

We had gates put on both the top and bottom of the stairs. HSP did a wonderful job. They were very conscientious about matching the wood and wrought iron balusters already there. And, the installation is very sturdy so I will not have to worry as much about our 4 grandchildren getting close to either of the gates! I would definitely recommend them! The whole process was so fast and smooth, from the first visit for measurements to only a week later for install. They made sure to measure and adjust on site so that everything was perfect.
