I built my pool with St. John’s in 2023 and, at the end of 2024, paid over $100K for the project. While the initial process and attention during the build were excellent, my experience over the years with warranty and customer service has been very disappointing.

You can spend 80k on a pool and this company can't call you back for warranty work.
I have been calling for 9 moths about coping cracks and they just dont care.
No return calls
No getting to actually talk them, their answering service is all you ever get.
So very disappointed now

This company is the worst you will ever find. We had our pool built in 2023 which by the way destroyed our entire backyard, almost started a fire from contractors smoking in the summer and got my windows and door ruined by the gunite during construction. We are still encountering issues with leaks in the pipes which started less than a year after the pool was built. Also the flooring they installe

1 year update- We have just been elated at the top notch service from St. John Pools. During the freezes they sent tip for the weather and what to do, we had minor software updates from Hayward cause some glitches and the gentlemen at St John Pools troubleshot everything for us to help us find a solution and contact their reps.
