Horrible if I could give a negative 0 I would i was checking in before other ppl they just kept going over me because the the male worker said he didn't know how to exchange equipment....why are behind the register if you dont know to do so smh.... they need to do better

Marcus helped me out with everything I needed. He helped other customers while my phone was transferring data instead of using it as an excuse to do nothing. Definitely glad he was the employee that ended up helping me, he was as knowledgeable as I could ask for. Thanks again

Elizabeth Martínez told us that she doesn’t speak spanish first. Then, we talked with her in english; she told us wait for next customer representant to attend us. She never told us about appointment first. We wait more than 1 hour and she came back with a very rude attitude and never attended us. When the next customer service employee was available, he mentioned another customer instead me. Tha

I was harassed by spectrum employee wouldn't leave me alone was breathing down my neck after i declined his help at the already super easy to use kiosk after I gestured him to get out of my personal space he called me a very nasty and inappropriate curse word the manager apologized but i have no confidence she held him accountable i would like to follow up on this.
