We used this company because they were recommending by our insurance USAA. The sub contractor they used was great and did great work. SRT was horrible about communication. I won’t recommend them to anyone.

SRT is a top notch company. They fixed my roof leak and fixed mistakes made by the previous roofing company that caused all these problems in the first place. Carlos and his team are very professional and come highly recommended. Ask for him to do your work

I was expecting an estimate for roof repairs from SPECIALTY RESTORATION OF TEXAS as part of an insurance claim. However, I became suspicious when their agent asked me to sign a DocuSign document for repairs before providing the estimate. When I refused, I was informed that this was against company policy. I had a water leak and needed repairs, my insurance company suggested Specialty Restoration. Chris Cantu was great, he stayed in contact with the insurance company, they did great repairs on the wall where the leak was, replacing my floor, painting my living room and bathroom, and rebuilding my vanity.
