Went through this design center last year for our new build and were assigned Jenessa, a "senior designer" who is somehow now a manager. We had requested two independent shower heads and were assured the right parts were ordered, so we provided sign off. They have had to redo/fix pretty much all of their tile work in our new build, some areas multiple times. Their scheduler also keeps sending people out with the wrong scope of work. Our fireplace was already redone once and was still a disaster, but it FINALLY looks right after having Victor here today to fix it - he was so professional and really took his time to make sure everything looked corre

it is Fantastic lightings, We went to see lights, there were 3 humans working on a computer but none of them want to see us like we are invisible! then we disturbed one guy and asked we are here to see some lighting options and he said look around for a little bit and I will be with you. We looked around then seated and waiting, nobody cares... we just left then. so don't bother to go there.

If your builder uses them, please avoid at all time. My builder is toll brothers and i have been having issues with flooring since day 1, and oct will mark my 3 years. This has been ongoing, blaming on Mohawk, and ignoring all my calls\appointments and getting lied. Enough is enough. Have tried contacting “Melissa” numerous times and never received a callback. Looks like this might be par for the course from this company. If she no longer works there, then changing the voice mail message might be a good idea.

Worst in keeping their appointments. They ripped my carpet for a fix on Friday and they did not came back until a week later to put it back. It was right in the middle of a pathway and had several guest during the holidays weekend. After several calls and emails, they responded to come after a week
