Josh helped us design our shower and was very helpful and available throughout the whole process. His crew kept everything clean and was very respectful of our home and space. We couldn’t be more pleased with how our shower turned out.

We had an excellent experience with Southwest Flooring. Our job was a new construction home with tile showers, floors, backsplash, carpet and glue down vinyl plank. Our salesperson was Lang and she did an exceptional job. She never made us feel rushed and was extremely patient, as I was indecisive at times. We had the carpet removed and replaced with tile in 3 rooms in the house and tile installed over the concrete floor in the tack room in the stables. They did a good job, other than some detail work that wasn't all that great I.E. uneven tiles and minor gaps in the grout, which we didn't discover till a few years later when we were rearraigning rooms. I highly recommend Southwest Floors & Carpet in Tyler. I never had to leave my home. Max came to our home and brought samples including the one I liked using their online room visualized. Upload your own picture and try different tiles, etc. It is a great tool to use. Max ordered our tile and set us up for installation.
