I was debating on referring this company to my son-in-law for a home repaint based on their overwhelming awesome reviews, but their self-described process has me very hesitant. I've been in the "housing" business for 30+ years and have never heard of caulking before priming. There's a good reason why you do not caulk prior to priming. A concerning company admission for all homeowners.

The Southwest Exteriors team was phenomenal. Jake, our initial rep, was knowledgeable and met with us several times to help us decide on the best windows for our home and budget. The timeline, cost and service aligned with all the expectations Jack and I discussed at the beginning of the project.

The siding of our 1993-built house was on its last legs. After reading the great reviews, we got a quote from Southwest Exteriors for Hardie plank siding. We also got a quote from another well-reviewed company that installs vinyl siding. Southwest was just 10% more for a Hardie siding, which several neighbors attested to lasting decades.

We recently had 36 new windows installed, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the entire process. One window was 2 stories tall, and it is beautiful. 5 stars may not be enough! From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, the team demonstrated outstanding professionalism, skill, and attention to detail. The few areas which needed touch-up paint were matched perfectly.

Soutwest Exteriors sent us top notch installers. Max's crew of 4 work all day with only a lunch break and installed 7 windows, 5 sliding doors and 1 front door in one day and came back to trim out with new material the next day.
