While I was initially greeted in a friendly manner the associates kept pushing me off to other associates leaving me standing there awkwardly until someone finally helped me. I was not a walk in customer, but had made my appointment last week. I purposely made it for a Monday morning to avoid long wait times. After getting checked in, I was told it would be about an hour. Love the crew at SWD! Always professional and helpful. Never feel taken advantage of and prices for service is competitive. It’s nice having your vehicle serviced by the people you bought it from. These guys are great!!! My Ram 2500 has a check engine light come on, they got it right in, checked on it and fixed asap. Communicated the whole time and were incredibly friendly.
Almost don’t mind if my truck messes up again cause they were so helpful. I dealt with Jack and he was awesome!!

I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Sat for an hou before they let me know they did not have oil or filter and sent someone to O'Reilly's to get supplies. I told them I had someplace else to be and that I would come another time. Before I left I asked if my tires were at least rotated. The customer care guy told me YES. I walk out to my car and see that the brand new tire.i
