This is my second time coming to the model home. The first time was last Sunday and the office closed early. Today no one was in the office. My husband and I waited 30 minutes. I give them a star because they build in good communities. Their homes overpriced and poor quality, craftsmanship poorly design and cheap materials. My experience with them have been a nightmare, I closed on my home a year ago and I been spending money from the first week I moved in. Please research and read reviews before investing.

Billy with warranty is amazing. We’ve been in our home 11 months and recently did our 10 month walk through. Billy was amazing. Before you sign any contract with David Weekley Homes at South Point, be prepared for constant calls and follow-ups from their sales team. However, once you've signed on the dotted line, you'll find that getting anyone on the phone becomes a real challenge.
