The process started off well when I was looking at homes, and I was very excited about purchasing this one. However, once the house was delivered in November 2024, many of the shingles had already blown off the roof. I was told the roof would be tarped and repaired within a few days.

My best friend bought a new home from Solitaire in Tyler and I got to see it last weekend. Unbelievable!! It was a bank repo but I would have never knew it. Making a house into a family home is what this company does BEST!! Keep up the great work!! Unbelievable. I'm so impressed..
