One star only because 0 isn’t an option. I had an appointment to have our furniture cleaned within a given window that I made several days in advance. Toward the end of the window, no one had shown up and I hadn’t had any calls from them. When I called, the operator said a tech would call me shortly. Excellent and timely service cleaning three very large, heavy, and dusty Moroccan rugs. Free pickup and delivery - and Sofa Cleaning Houston and his colleague even helped me move furniture around and lay the rugs back where they were. Very helpful and communicative and the rugs look great. Highly recommend.

I was referred by a friend. When I called to get a quote the girl who answer was very rude. She just asked for my zip code and said they weren't doing service at my area and hanged up. Horrible customer service!
