We recently moved to the San Antonio area (Fair Oaks Ranch). Albert (owner) and his staff from Stoneoak Flooring in San Antonio were very professional. Albert is a perfectionist and went above and beyond on all details of our flooring installation. We had him install carpet in our media room and engineered wood flooring in all of the bedroom closets and 2 guest bedrooms. He also ended up repairing

I was looking for a specific flooring to put down in our loft to match our downstairs. I accidentally called a wholesale location who directed me to Albert at Stone Oak Flooring. He called me back in a timely manner, gave me direct pricing, let me know he had it in stock and could deliver next day. He delivered it this morning and helped me unload the boxes. Unbelievable professionalism and punctual response time from Albert and his employees.
Not only this, but unpressured time was spent with us when deciding what flooring to purchase to upgrade our home. Sample strips of flooring was provided to take home and take our time looking at and talking amongst ourselves until we were ready to decide which direction to go. We thoroughly LOVE the new look.

We had an existing wood floor that we wanted to continue throughout our downstairs. Albert worked with me to make sure we got the same product (installed by someone else prior to owning the home) and installed it to where we can’t tell the older floor from new. The owner Albert is a really nice guy and a pleasure to deal with. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our installation. Pricing was very reasonable. We will be going back to them for our future flooring needs!

Will let the before and after photos (and cat) speak for the awesome quality of work demonstrated. Not only did Albert return a call, he showed up as promised, on time, just for a quote. The price was so reasonable, that I was able to add another room to the quote. After the bottom level, stairs and upstairs was completed, invited Albert to complete the rest of the bedrooms. That is how reasonable
