Smithco Construction does great work! The owner is Charles. We found a structural issue with our 3 story balcony. As well as, rotten support columns. He gave us a timely detailed quote and timeframe to complete the work. He also suggested replacing the “out-dated” railing on all 3 levels. Worth it! Looks great! This is huge! The workers showed up at 7 am every day. Please note… they were mannerly

We were pleased with the work Charles and his team did. They painted our whole house and did some minor concrete repairs. In addition, they replaced all the deck boards and bannisters on our upper deck. The workers worked full days, getting there early and leaving late.
