I’ve been living here since the apartments opened, and I’ve only noticed management change twice in four years—just because the assistant manager took over as manager. I have been living here almost 3 years. Maintenance is amazing. They respond within minutes. The manager, Liz assistant manager Crystal and Jesenia are awesome people. I lived in a two two flat, which was beautiful. Now I live in a townhome and it’s beautiful. It includes a backyard. It’s very private. It has a courtesy officer. Being a police officer myself I look out after the property as well.

Was finally able to get out of this place. the lasiest management, one doesnt know what the other is doing. all they care about is the next persons to lease an apartment too. The apartments are section 8 government housing and it shows. trash all over the parking lot everyday, empty liqour bottles and used condoms in the parking lot every other day. cops being called out and just

As a 2+ year resident at this complex, I would like to say that I am truly satisfied! Krystal, Tasia & Yesenia are extremely friendly and very accommodating to any of my needs. I would have to say though.. my favorite part about this complex is the community events thrown to bring everyone (kids included) together.
