Excellent Service. The crew was great - friendly - careful with landscaping where they had to work. Greg was supervising and kept me well informed of everything they were doing. If anyone is in need of foundation repair, may I suggest PermaTech. (I used the Mckinney office) I have had my share of contractors over the years with not so stellar results. We contacted PermaTech along with a few others. PermaTech was the only ones who actually went into detail on what exactly they were going to do and the differences between the options. Foundation repairs are tough, however I highly recommend PermaTech if you ever have foundation issues! Dylan came in and did the inspection and quote. They make sure to find out why the stabbed cracked in the first place. The Engineer's report was done. The plumber came out to check the pipes. They gave me 3 options for repairs. I have dealt with many foundation companies, and this was by far the best.
