I was skeptical to do my roof knowing it would cost a lot of money to do so. The Skylight Roofing team was with me every step of the way and assured me that they could get my insurance to cover my roof damage repairs. It was a lengthy process, but it was well worth it. I would not recommend this roofing company they take advantage of elderly & women. The experience felt extremely misleading and aggressive from the start. They pressure you into signing a vague contract that does not clearly explain the terms or costs, then later claim you owe them a 15% cancellation fee for services you never fully agreed to.

Scam artist! Took $3479 check from my disabled amputee veteran husband, promised us the sun moon and stars and all they did was put a tarp on my roof. It immediately flew off and when I tried to contact them and I got no response. I’m really hoping it’s not to late for people to be victimized by this fraudulent individual by the name of “ Eli Serratos” SCAMMER he takes advantage of females and the elderly. He will come up to you to offer his services which include free roofing inspections “STORM CHASER”. He will then ask if you have insurance and will give you a cancellation notice if you decide not to do business with him.

Skylight Roofing came to my home and helped me negotiate with the insurance. They not only left my home looking better than before but also did a fantastic job in replacing my roof. Very kind people and hard working as well. Got the job done in 1 day and looked impressive. Definitely will be recommending to others in the future.

Not pleased with their customer service. They installed our new roof 2 years ago. I have called, left messages, sent e mail, for them to come and do another inspection. Cannot get in contact, no response. Warranty comes with free yearly inspection. Called for an inspection last year. Was told they’d come, but they never did. Our new roof seems okay, but i agree with all the other negative reviews.

Skylight roofing recently installed a new roof for me. They also helped me appeal an earlier denial from my insurance company.
After going back and forth for two years I finally prevailed and had my roof replaced.
The work was excellent and done in two days.
