Sir Grout did an amazing job. Sent a request for a virtual quote, got it scheduled for within 48 hours. Jorge called within the time frame and showed him our shower, what we were wanting, and then what they can do. Jorge explained everything and how it would work. From quoting and scheduling our service with Courtney and George to the actual grout cleaning service with Jose, we loved our experience with Sir Grout. We could not be more pleased with our remodel. Jose at Sir Grout did an amazing job and even cleaned up the fine grout dust that was everywhere. It was a long, tedious process for him, 8 hours, but the finished project is more than we could have hoped for.
