As a single woman trying to do repairs to leaking pipes under my sink I took what I could and pictures up to Sims Plastic. James was available and helped me. He laid it all out to show me and let me take pictures. I was able to go home and have it fixed within 30 minutes. I am grateful and impressed by the excellent customer service, kindness, and professionalism he displayed. I felt accomplished

This place was amazing. They went out of their way to help us. They found the parts we needed and gave me a military discount. Cannot say how impressed I was. James is the one we dealt with and deserves a big thank you. Don't know the other man's name but he was also a big help
