I went to Ace Hardware in Sienna yesterday with my 87-year-old mother to purchase seven 10-foot EMT conduits and other items, including bags of topsoil, for a simple trellis project. We had a very positive experience. The salesperson Brandon was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was also impressed by his willingness to go above and beyond. He made sure those seven 10-foot conduits fit safely

The power of Ace Hardware. The best thing about Ace hardware is the superior customer service. They will drop anything they are doing to help you find what you need. I simply needed 4 little screws for a knob project. They easily helped me grab the sizes I needed for my project. No work on my part except to say "Thank you". Excellent location in Sienna TX.

I went in late around 7:40 looking for Barge Cement and there were 3 employee's that evening who were very helpful on the floor. They helped me do an in store pickup and now, just gotta wait till Friday. Great knowledgeable staff.

Everyone is always very friendly -not hovering but always willing to be there to help you. The store is very nice and organized with plenty of tools, hardware, outdoor cooking supies, gardening tools/supplies amd a wide variety of dirt and pesticides (natural products as well). More like a 3.5 star, but can be upgraded. This location hasn't been opened long, and has a whole lot of potential. Staff are always upbeat and very helpful the minute you walk in the door. They sell a lot of quality items, that I'm happy to buy from them and not Lowe's or Home Depot. I particularly like their selection of chalk paints. Store is always clean and organized as well.

Seriously?!? Why would anybody go to the big box hardwares?
You are greeted at the door for one on one help for whatever you need!
I went in looking for a very specific screw needed for a bike shoe. The employee spent over 20 minutes ensuring I had the appropriate item I needed!
I will ALWAYS be loyal to this level of customer service!!

It's a nice store. Great to have something more local to home for general DIY items. Knocked off one star because I feel there are things that could be improved upon:
• I appreciate being greeted at the door, but it sometimes feels like you're being pounced on. From my experience, it is a bit too close and 'in your face'.
