We were referred to Shumate by friends who have used them. I ordered carpet long distance. Brett ordered and installed very quickly. The work is perfect! Very professional and highly recommend!

Very unhappy with the lack of Customer Service with problems that have begun since our install in April 2022. I would NOT recommend Shumate Flooring again, as I cannot even get a callback to discuss current problems. $7,000.00 floors should last longer than 4 months!!!!
