I had a wonderful experience on a Sunday, we went by and Mr.JP attended us with all his knowledge of paints. We have purchase there before, he went above and beyond unloaded some paints that we had, gave us the names of it and threw out our old paints and loaded it back in our suv. If zero stars were an option that would be my choice. Fernando is an issue of customer safety. Today he tried to deny me of a military discount telling me SW only offers 10% which after calling corporate it was clarified that SW gives 15% discount for military. After a simple issue of misunderstanding Fernando proceeded to lunge at my husband who was holding my five month old infant from behind th

We've never gone in to this store and we've done several paint jobs, Joseph was very helpful by matching colors and very patient wth me. He explained the different types of paints and we liked the Cashmere. However we didn't notice a difference in the paint. Very nice staff

Horrible customer service. Pretty sure he ignored me for 20 minutes while standing in like because I was a woman. Suggestion to anyone, go somewhere else.

Brought in door front to match stain on pine. Excellent job matching stain & knowledgeable on products. That's why I only buy paint & stain supplies at Sherwin-Williams.

Treated with disrespect, no customer service rude to painters and people that are asking simple questions. God forbid I have questions about paint thanks Mr. Fernando.

yes...a lovely young lady assisted us and answered EVERY question we had...she offered us the app for our phone to save us an additional $10 !!! she is great !!!
