Josh at the Seguin location is awesome!! He is patient, professional and I'll be looking forward to working with him again. He mixed colors from a formula that was given to me by a painter and helped me coordinate colors. He also showed me how to use the website for color matching. He provided service with a smile and great attitude.

They were extremely accommodating and worked hard to "get it right". We were trying to match some touchup paint for the walls at home. They worked until it was right.

I’m a commercial contractor. This is the worst Sherwin-Williams I have stepped foot into. Every time I have been there, the attitude and customer service are just unacceptable, especially when I spend as much as I spend there. Their lack of product and competence is just laughable. I am done and will just be going back to Behr. At least there I can get the product I need to get jobs done and not

Thank you for spending so much time with us mixing and matching stains over Memorial Day weekend for our front door. It was a difficult process to match two stain colors on opposite ends of the house, but your patience with us produced the perfect color! I wish I could attach a picture to show you how wonderfully it turned out.

Terribly unprofessional company full of rude, lazy, hostile people. Cannot believe a company this old and established is run so poorly and cheaply. And their prices are absolutely ridiculous.
