I recently had an unpleasant experience at Sherwin-Williams. I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but the customer service I received felt negative and unhelpful.

Sherwin-Williams – 1 star
Went to the local Sherwin-Williams to get paint color-matched. The two guys working looked like they’d rather be anywhere else – zero hustle. They told me their color-matching machine has been “down for a couple of weeks” and basically shrugged. Drove to another store 20 minutes away and the staff there were shocked; they said they have tech support and that kind of downt

This is a very nice store in a convenient location. Nathan was so helpful and made recommendations regarding the different paint types which really helped me to select the correct paint for my projects. I observed the other employees showing the same behavior towards other customers in the store. Sherwin Williams has the best products and this location is outstanding.

Nathan at Sherwin is spot on with his color matches and the whole crew at this store are professional, fast and super knowledgeable on getting you the right product for the job. Highly recommend over the Big box stores. 😉👍

Out of all the stores around, this is my go to location. April the manager is very knowledgeable in their products and offers great customer service. She keeps her store spot clean and well organized all the time. Her and her team are very friendly and willing to help. I have been purchasing from this store for years now and suggest everyone in the neighborhood to try them out.

I’ve been going to this Sherwin-Williams location for about a year now and I always have a good experience. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I highly recommend this store specifically. I also love the paint colors and quality. I used to get paint from Home Depot or Lowe’s but it could take a long time and I was never super satisfied with colors and quality.

The kid that is working there alone today 2/11, was a complete jerk. He wasted a lot of or time. We spent a lot of money at Sherwin-Williams. We purchased 7- 1- gallons and 4-15 gallons. He wasn’t very accommodating. We drove all the way to the Med center to get serviced when we are just 5 minutes from the Missouri City Sherwin Williams. I need y’all to get it together. This was a big inconvenienc

Great service for a walk in I've had with any of the Sherwin- Williams location's but it seems I'm splitting hairs if saying this was the best store would be impossible for me to judge. So far it seems they have consistently hired a manager who recognizes a professional from a DIY' person.
