Zack is the Manager and a seasoned Vet in the paint business with 20yrs experience. He shares what he jnows and finds out what he has not experienced. He's trustworthy. If your in the oaint business, you need him on your team.
Sherwin Williams Paint Store Lancaster, TX. He did the paint matches for my lines in gym floor. Not an easy task.

We’ll never go back to this place the girl that is working in there with the giant eyelashes come sundering out looking at her phone rather be anywhere but here I don’t like her attitude. She’s definitely got a huge one won’t be coming back to this place.

Customer Service has gotten much better! My first purchase about a year ago was not as pleasant, this is probably my 20th time purchasing in the last year “my husbands business” and they are super friendly now! I’m also happy they are like down the street from my home.

The only reason I am giving this store 1 star is because the location is conveniently close to my home. I was in the store about 10 minutes without anyone asking me if I needed assistance and they were not busy. However, I noticed when two white customers came in they were immediately greeted and asked if they needed help. How can you discriminate against blacks period but especially in an area th

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Sherman Williams. Lorenza the young man that assisted me was very knowledgeable, and had a very sharp eye for bringing colors together. I left with two nice samples that I'm going to test on my walls at home. All in all I rate this young man 5- stars. 😂👏

My first time buying paint at Sherwin williams and Javin was very helpful with a smile! Very important to me especially because I didn't know what the difference was in paints. I will definitely be buying here again! Great staff and welcoming!

Offal service t h e gue Colby would look up the names I gave him to locate our account Number, he act like k e he didn't want to help me. Very poor customer service skills, maybe he was just having a bad day.
