I came in 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday. I needed a pewter-like color match on a piece of aluminum window screen frame, and I needed it fast. A young man named Kirby helped me. He was very friendly, professional, and gladly took on the challenge. He spent almost 20 minutes working on it, and while he absolutely nailed the color, it ultimately didn't work because the frame had a metallic

Love this store. I'm not the best painter and don't know a lot about it. Mark makes sure I dont have to be an expert. He is my expert. What a great kid and highly recommend asking for him when you go in. 🤩

I've been waiting hete 20 minutes and no one has even noticed me or said good morning. Clerk was busy with a 30 gallon order, but he could have at least acknowledged I was on the store.

The staff members are very helpful and really know what they are talking about, unlike the Lowe's or Home Depot paint department. I asked a million questions and Daniel was happy and patient enough to answer them all for me! He asked several follow up questions, which helped me determine which product was best for my project based upon my desired outcome.

For all I know the two guys working the counter were not as rude and unprofessional as they seemed, but I will never know because I was completely ignored while looking for stain colors, and when I found what I wanted and brought it to the counter to pay, they continued to ignore me. We use their exterior and interior paints and stains exclusively. We painted the exterior of our home 11 years ago with their top-of-the-line paint and it looks like we just had it painted. Quality products that stand the test of time, wear and tear. Excellent service and advice.
