Came in to get some touch up paint the gentleman with long hair was very rude and smelled. Tried overcharging me too!!

Quality of product and exceptional customer service! For your next painting project see the Store Manager Allysa, she has been with Sherwin-Williams for over 13 years (3 here in Huntsville, TX), and if you tell her what you want to do and what your budget is she will match you with the best product at a very competitive price. I am very, very happy with the attention I received and the helpfulness

Arrived at Sherwin Williams store Huntsville, with Gus to greet me. I asked him about the top quality paints, and he was very knowledgeable about the paint. I settled on the Duration, and it is quality! Beautiful!

Would have been great service except the employee, when she would ask me questions I didn’t have the answer to she would respond like I was stupid. I came to the paint experts because I have no paint knowledge an education vs attitude and would have went a long way. The paint itself was color matched well and the paint works great. Really good customer service but lately they haven't stock up on oil base Paint for Wooden Cabinets..... hopefully they will soon......Msc Painting Co likes to give our customers the money paint material and quality so here we are searching and looking for oil base satin paint.
