Busy and Great store managed well by store Manager regarding orders and on time filling of orders. Some of the employees (esp assistant manager) could learn more by watching their manager and her work ethic.

Went today to the paint shop to explore paint colors for my house. When we asked the worker to assist us and give us her thoughts, she refused to help us and stated she was not here to assist us in our purpose. Even before that, she engaged in conversation with another woman about non-work related topics and kept us waiting for 10+ minutes. When we stated we just wanted her opinion and wanted more

This is probably the best paint store you’ll see in the DFW Metroplex. Bryan was a great help and walked me through all the stain options for our kitchen cabinets. His patience and dedication to great service is unmatched.

- 12/2024 Friendly staff. Got free hot chocolate while waiting for my paint to mix. Surprised that a flat gallon of paint is $81.69, and it ended up not matching my wall :(
- 1/2025 came back because paint not matching, they told me they can try to make my paint similar but I’d have to cut a piece of my wall. They don’t have the paint base I’m looking for. Further I’d have to pay for the right bas

This location is attached to my church, so I am here pretty much every single week. I decided to drop by after service to grab a sample color for my project and the associate was able to help me find the right level of paint that would best suit my project, to which I went online and compared it to the next one which I had originally thought I would buy. Her advice was greatly appreciated!

The staff is knowledgeable and the quality of paint is good. They are quick, also. I was working on a project at the church that’s connected to the Sherwood Williams and they were very helpful and got me out the door very nicely.

The support here has always been great. I also like the fact I do not have to wait. I was at HD recently and the man working there ignored me. I have been using this store for years. I buy paint on sale and go back for the tint after the sale or when I plan to use it. The team is great!

This is the best Sherwin-Williams store. It was my first time painting and the staff takes the time to explain every single question I ask. They are super, super helpful, courteous, and professionals. I had been in 3 Sherwin stores and this is the only one I'll visit from now on. Josh is my favorite in there, but they are all nice there.
