Superb customer Service. Mack installed flooring through out the entire home. Inside and out. I am so pleased with the quality of work but most importantly the patience, listening to the customer and desire to satisfy the customer. He helped the vision come to life. Had to get rid of all the carpets in our house for my ailing mother in-law. Mack made the experience pleasurable. He personally checked the progress everyday just to make sure the installation goes well. Kudos to the installers as well. Khanh and crew were great. Installers are more than half the battle for such a project fyi.
Ask for different bids around, Mack has the best price for the quality
